Sarah Johnson is a fleet industry expert who has worked successfully across multiple industries, channels, and countries with a focus on the Motor Vehicle industry in multiple forms for over 20 years.
Sarah has a unique and intimate understanding of the Australian Motor Industry’s operational and sales landscape, from dealer to OEM to corporate customer to consumer.
Experience leading and executing projects across Vehicle Finance, Fleet Operational Management, Procurement and Contract Management, OEM, Dealership, Driver Safety Programs, Vehicle Telematics Programs, Sales, Relationship Management, Project and Program Management, Fleet Transformation Journeys including EV transition plans for ASX listed companies. Her pragmatic and agile approach to discovering the best solution for her customers is underpinned by an authentic love of the industry.
Technical Director
Marc Sibbald is a fleet management expert with extensive experience across leasing, automotive, and consulting. Most well known for his role as founder and managing editor of Fleet News Group (publisher of leading industry publication FleetAutoNews) as well as his role as Director of IPWEA Fleet.
He provides strategic insights to optimise fleet performance, reduce costs, and support the transition to sustainable mobility solutions. His expertise includes fleet operations, risk management, business development, and maintenance strategy, ensuring tailored solutions for diverse industry needs.
With a strong background in developing best practice education programs and resource manuals for fleet practitioners, Marc stays at the forefront of industry trends. His deep understanding of market developments and emerging technologies enables him to deliver informed, practical advice that enhances fleet efficiency and long-term sustainability.
Managing Director
Gerard McLennan is a fleet technologist who is responsible for founding several businesses across fleet telematics, analytics, data and finance/tax functions that provide technology solutions to some of Australia’s largest fleets.
Gerard is most well known as co-founder of LBM Fleet, a leading fleet technology solution servicing government and large enterprise, fusing a passion for fleet efficiency and solving fleet problems.
Formally qualified in accounting and law, Gerard is able to reconcile complex fleet problems with practical solutions, delivering value to fleets across Australia and New Zealand with a deep understanding of cost and compliance.
